Tao Type II piecewise-linear construction on F_181 (181 prime): x ◇ y = x + f(y − x) in F_181, where f(0) = 0, f(d) = 48·d when d is a quadratic residue mod 181, and f(d) = 139·d when d is a non-residue. So the multiplier on the difference y − x depends only on its QR/NQR class.
